Our fab­ri­ca­tion machin­ery includes two CNC panel saws, a CNC laser, four CNC routers, a computer-controlled Power Shear, a brake press, edge-finishing machines and a form­ing oven. This means that we can per­form a wide vari­ety of ser­vices, pro­duce a bet­ter part and help save you money. We also have con­trol over every­thing in our shop, includ­ing qual­ity, cost and turn­around time.

Whether you have a computer-aided design (CAD) print, sketch, sam­ple or just an idea, we can pro­duce a pro­to­type or pro­duc­tion run of that part. Crown Plas­tics also offers assem­bly of cer­tain parts as well as cus­tom pack­ag­ing to ensure proper deliv­ery of fin­ished products.

We value our rela­tion­ships with machine shops, which is why we don’t com­pete against them by mass man­u­fac­tur­ing prod­ucts. Instead, we pro­duce pro­to­types and small runs of precision-machined products.
